How open are you to other beliefs, feelings, and perspectives? Are you coming in with no, some, or high expectations? How rigid or flexible will you be during your experience? How much flow or resistance will you allow? If you hold tightly to what you believe or know during your experience, and are not willing to allow other possibilities, then these workshops are not for you at this time.

I will do my best to provide, guide, facilitate, and be a container for you to experience all of who you are in that moment. I will honor and respect what arises. I am not here to force any dogma onto you. I am not here to heal or fix you. Whether you decide to take the next step on your journey is up to you. I will make mistakes. I will not be able to please everyone. I am constantly honoring and refining my craft and life, so I can be of the best service to you. I will do my best to be aware of my strengths and shortcomings from your feedback and refine accordingly.

I honor the western, eastern, and indigenous perspectives of life.
I recognize the ancestral, cellular, emotional, mental, physical,
and spiritual parts of myself.
I accept the constructs of good, bad, positive, negative, and how they create, filter, or influence my life every step of the way.
I accept there is much more beyond what is defined by those constructs as good and bad, positive and negative.
There is a Great Mystery beyond my wildest imagination.
